Construction Project Manager for the construction of Commonwealth Village, a 401 luxury apartment complex in Charlotte, NC, working within Owner's organization, self-performing all disciplines, in multi-disciplinary role as Developer, Design Manager, Construction Manager and Property Manager.  Project size ~500,000 sf and ~$40-$60MM.

  • Responsible for directing “Apartments of Tomorrow”, a research and development effort within NWR - in collaboration with “Housing Inquiry”, explorations in research and design via The University of North Carolina at Charlotte School of Architecture and College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

  • Senior Leadership for 6 member on site Construction Management Team within 215 member company involved in Development, Construction, and Property Management.
